Sensitive Account Information - 48 Hour Retention Policy

  • PSN Email addresses and encrypted passwords are retained for an absolute maximum of 48 hours from the time of order completion or delivery, whichever occurs first.
  • After delivery is completed, these credentials are automatically deleted by our background job system.
  • If delivery cannot be completed within 48 hours, these credentials are automatically deleted regardless, and alternative delivery methods may be arranged.
  • This information is stored using industry-standard encryption (AES-256-GCM) and is never accessible in plaintext format.

Other Information

We retain other types of information for different periods:

  • Order information: Retained for as long as necessary to fulfill orders, process refunds, and comply with legal obligations (typically 7 years for tax and accounting purposes)
  • Customer service communications: Retained for up to 2 years after the last communication
  • Website analytics data: Retained in aggregated, anonymized form for up to 2 years
  • Account information: Retained for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period after account closure

Deletion Requests
