Please note: Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are generally not available. However, in rare and specific circumstances described below, we may grant refunds at our discretion.

When Refunds Are Available

48-Hour Delivery Guarantee Exception

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Service Failure: If we are unable to complete your order within 48 hours due to errors on our end (technical issues, system failures, staff errors, or other operational problems)
  • Technical Issues: If our systems experience critical failures that prevent order completion
  • Payment Processing Errors: If there are errors in payment processing that result in duplicate charges or incorrect amounts

In such cases, we will work with you to resolve the issue first. If resolution is not possible within 48 hours due to our error, a refund will be processed.

When Refunds Are NOT Available

No Refund Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:

  • User Error: If you provide incorrect or incomplete account details (wrong PSN Online ID, email, password, etc.)
  • Instruction Non-Compliance: If you fail to follow the delivery instructions provided by our team
  • Unavailability: If you are unavailable during the scheduled delivery window (for Discord-based deliveries) despite prior arrangement
  • User-Caused Delays: If delivery delays are caused by your actions, such as:
    • Failing to respond to support messages
    • Providing incorrect information
    • Changing account details after order placement
    • Interfering with the delivery process
  • Account Issues: If delivery cannot be completed due to issues with your PlayStation account (bans, restrictions, 2FA changes, etc.) that were not disclosed at checkout
  • Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind after placing an order
  • Successful Delivery: If your order was successfully delivered, even if there are minor issues or concerns
  • Third-Party Issues: If delivery cannot be completed due to issues beyond our control (PlayStation Network outages, game server issues, etc.)

Important: It is your responsibility to provide accurate information and follow delivery instructions. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect information or failure to comply with instructions.

How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be arranged via Discord.

  3. Provide your order number and explain the reason for the refund request
  4. Our team will review your request and determine if it meets our refund criteria
  5. If approved, refund processing will be initiated

Refund Timeframes

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Stripe): 5-10 business days after processing
  • Cryptocurrency: Processed within 24-48 hours to the original wallet address

Note: Actual refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment processor. We are not responsible for delays in refund processing once the refund has been initiated by us.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds when:

  • Only part of your order was successfully delivered
  • There was a partial service failure that we can verify
  • An alternative resolution is appropriate

Partial refunds will be calculated based on the portion of the service that was not completed due to our error.

Disputes & Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us via Discord before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us:

  • Your account may be permanently suspended
  • Future orders may be rejected
  • We will provide evidence to payment processors supporting our position

We reserve the right to contest all chargebacks and disputes with appropriate documentation, including order confirmations, delivery records, and communication logs.
