Divinium provides Liquid Divinium delivery services for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 platforms. Our services include:

  • Secure delivery of in-game currency (Liquid Divinium)
  • PS4/PS5 compatible services
  • Multiple package options (20K, 250K, 1M Liquid Divinium)
  • Payment processing via Stripe (credit/debit cards) and cryptocurrency
  • Customer support through Discord

Account Responsibility & Ban Disclaimer

Account Ban Risk Acknowledgment

You understand and acknowledge that the use of third-party services to obtain in-game currency may violate the Terms of Service of Activision Blizzard, Inc. and/or PlayStation Network. While we implement safety measures and have maintained a 0% account ban rate as of November 2025, there is always an inherent risk when using third-party services.

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

  • Divinium is NOT responsible for any account suspensions, bans, or penalties imposed by Activision, PlayStation Network, or any other gaming platform.
  • You use our services at your own risk and discretion.
  • We make no guarantees regarding the safety of your account or the continuation of service from game publishers.
  • You are solely responsible for any consequences that may arise from using our services.
  • You will not hold Divinium liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences resulting from account restrictions or bans.

By purchasing our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these risks.

Payment Terms

Payment Methods

We accept payments through:

  • Stripe: Credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods processed through Stripe
  • Cryptocurrency: Various cryptocurrencies as specified at checkout (eligible for 25% discount)

Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice. Discounts, including cryptocurrency discounts, may be modified or removed at any time.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy. Please review our Refund Policy before making a purchase.

Delivery & Service Terms

Delivery Time

We aim to complete deliveries within 1-12 hours of order confirmation and payment verification. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Factors such as payment processing, account verification, and server availability may affect delivery times.

Customer Information

To facilitate delivery, you may be required to provide:

  • PlayStation Network (PSN) account information
  • Availability for Discord-based delivery coordination (if applicable)
  • Account passwords (encrypted and deleted after delivery completion or 48 hours, whichever comes first)

All sensitive information is encrypted using industry-standard encryption methods and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Service Availability

Our services are available for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 platforms only. We do not guarantee service availability at all times and reserve the right to suspend or modify services without prior notice.

User Obligations

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIVINIUM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use our services
  • Account bans, suspensions, or penalties imposed by game publishers or platform providers
  • Delays or failures in delivery
  • Service interruptions or modifications
  • Unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your personal information

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Divinium or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use our content without our prior written permission.
